Returns & Exchanges

At My Mum Made It, we want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags are intact and the garment is folded neatly to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
